Warranty / Returns

Warranty: All items purchased from Lamps4Video come with a 180 day warranty for defects from delivery date, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page. If your lamp fails within this time, you are entitled to a replacement. We will also provide you a return label free of charge for any warranty returns.

Please note that the warranty starts on the delivery date, so it's important to use the lamp we provide you as soon as you receive it, in case it's defective and fails prematurely. Replacement lamps are sent out to the customer only after the original lamp is received by us.

Returns: All items purchased from Lamps4Video for any reason other than warranty replacements can be returned within 15 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs ($9 for free shipping orders). Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

All returned lamps must be in their default individual box and there must be sufficient packaging foam or equivalent inside the shipping box to protect the lamp from damage during shipping. Usually protection of 1 inch or greater outside the lamp box (all 6 sides) is sufficient for safe shipping.

Special Terms for all returns are as follow:

• A RMA is required for all return requests prior to returning an item. Please ship all items back within 5 business days of receiving an RMA.
• For packages damaged during shipping, please inform us immediately (within 48 hours) after receipt so we may initiate a damage claim with the shipping carrier.
• Purchases made in error or part no longer needed - may incur a 25% restocking fee if item is sent back in non sale-able condition. This includes tampering with the item or item box.
• Items returned for warranty reasons that are found to be in full functioning order will incur a 25% restocking fee.
